Echeveria "Pink Angel" variegated – Origin: Don Suculentas
The Echeveria “Pink Angel” is another mutation derived from Echeveria “Chantilly”, maintaining the strong influence of the gibbiflora line characteristic of the hybrids created by Dick Wright. It develops an open and elegant rosette, with broad, thin, and slightly wavy leaves, where a more airy and sculptural structure is appreciated compared to traditional compact hybrids.
The Echeveria “Pink Angel” stands out for its soft and dusty coloration in gray-green and cream tones, accompanied by a delicate pink edge that intensifies with lighting. The variegation appears broadly and diffusely over the surface of the leaves, generating very smooth transitions between light and green areas. Its light appearance, combined with the pink margins and the width of the leaves, gives it a very clean and ethereal aesthetic within the mutations derived from Chantilly. Plant imported from Indonesia reproduced in our greenhouse.

Variegated Echeveria : cultivation and care
Variegated echeverias develop a lower photosynthetic capacity than their completely green counterparts, which directly affects their growth rate, sensitivity to excess sunlight, and tolerance to watering.
- 🌞 A lot of filtered light and soft exposure
- 💧 Water only with the substrate completely dry
- 🔥 Avoid extreme heat and prolonged humidity
- 🌱 Slower growth than non-variegated echeverias
Environmental stability, good ventilation, and avoiding sudden location changes help maintain more compact rosettes and a more stable variegation over time.
During intense summer, they may partially slow their growth, especially in warm climates. In these phases, controlling excess moisture is much more important than increasing watering frequency.
