The delivery address is not recognized, what can I do?

If the system does not recognize your delivery address, first check that the country is correctly selected as the shipping destination.

If your country is enabled and the problem persists, you can write to us at donsuculentas@gmail.com and we will review the case manually.

Many of the inquiries we receive are related to the actual availability of the plants or their condition before purchase.All the plants that appear in our online store correspond to real specimens that are available at that moment.

When you receive your order

What should I do when receiving my succulents?

  • Carefully remove the plants from the packaging.
  • Let them rest for 24 to 48 hours before placing them in their final location.
  • Avoid direct sunlight for the first few days.
  • Do not water immediately; ideally, wait between 5 and 7 days.

This process helps reduce stress and promotes better adaptation to the new environment.


Returns and incidents

My order has arrived in poor condition, what should I do?

  • Take clear photographs of the package and the affected plants.
  • Contact us as soon as possible at donsuculentas@gmail.com.

We will review the case and offer you the best possible solution.


Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the destination, weight, and total order amount.

Below are the general shipping conditions:


Peninsular Spain

  • Standard shipping: €5.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €75

Balearic Islands

  • Orders from €0 to €48.99 → €8.95
  • Orders from €49 to €89.99 → €5.95
  • Free shipping on orders of €90 or more

Portugal

  • Orders from €0 to €48.99 → €8.95
  • Orders from €49 to €89.99 → €6.95
  • Free shipping on orders of €90 or more

Canary Islands

Shipments to the Canary Islands are made via express service.

  • Orders from €0 to €89.99 → €17.95
  • Orders from €90 to €139.99 → €9.95
  • Free shipping on orders of €140 or more

Orders shipped to the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT but may be subject to local taxes or fees at the destination.


European Union

  • Orders from €0 to €48.99 → €12.95
  • Orders from €49 to €119.99 → €9.95
  • Free shipping on orders of €120 or more

Other destinations

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, islands, or special territories, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.

In these cases, the customer may be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees at the destination.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 3 business days. The succulents are shipped bare-root, clean, treated, and with a phytosanitary passport.

Shipping days

Shipments are generally made on Tuesdays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain and Portugal: 24–48 hours.
  • Islands and the rest of Europe: between 5 and 7 days.

Can I change the shipping address?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a message from the courier company with the option to modify the address if the package has not yet been delivered.
