The Echeveria "Deresina" variegated is the variegated form of the hybrid resulting from the cross between Echeveria derenbergii and Echeveria elegans ‘Potosina’, maintaining the compactness and symmetry characteristic of this line. It develops small and very balanced rosettes, with fleshy, short, and slightly concave leaves, arranged in a dense and orderly manner.

The Echeveria "Deresina" variegated features a predominant base in cream and soft yellow tones, over which blurred green areas appear, generally concentrated towards the center of each leaf. The variegation is expressed irregularly between leaves, generating soft and variable contrasts, while the edges may show slight pinkish hues under higher lighting conditions.

Variegated echeverias develop a lower photosynthetic capacity than their completely green counterparts, which directly affects their growth rate, sensitivity to excess sunlight, and tolerance to watering.
