Aeonium "Zeus" middle - Origin: Don Suculentas
The Aeonium “Zeus Middle” is a mutation of Aeonium undulatum with medium variegation, belonging to the group of large and structurally strong variegated aeoniums. It develops large rosettes of broad, fleshy leaves, where intense green tones combine with yellow stripes and pink margins, creating a very elegant and stable contrast throughout the year. Its vigorous and rapid growth, along with the size it can reach, make it one of the most striking varieties among the collectible variegated aeoniums.
The Aeonium “Zeus Middle” inherits from Aeonium undulatum its ability to develop thick trunks and reach a considerable height over time. It also exhibits good rooting capacity and the emission of new rosettes from the base, reinforcing its architectural and ornamental character.Under greater light exposure, the pink margins intensify and the overall contrast of the plant becomes even more pronounced. Imported plant from China and reproduced in our greenhouse.

Aeonium variegados : cultivation and care
Variegated aeoniums have a different growth cycle than many other succulents, developing mainly during autumn, winter, and spring, while in summer they significantly reduce their activity.
- 🌞 A lot of filtered light and good ventilation
- 💧 Moderate watering only with the substrate completely dry
- 🔥 Avoid intense sun and excess humidity during summer
- ❄️ Protect against prolonged frosts
During the summer dormancy, the rosettes tend to progressively close to protect the growth center from extreme heat. In this phase, excess moisture can easily cause root problems, especially with high temperatures and tropical nights.
Observing the plant and adapting to the actual growing climate is much more important than following strict watering schedules.
