Aeonium "Wonderland" variegated - Origin: Don Suculentas
The Aeonium "Wonderland" variegated is a mutation of Aeonium “Scarlet Ink”, derived from “Ink Painting” within the genetic line of Aeonium “Mardi Grass”, where the variegation evolves into cleaner and more defined patterns within the variegated aeoniums. It maintains an open and elegant rosette, with long and narrow leaves that provide a light and orderly aesthetic within the variegated succulents.
In the Aeonium "Wonderland" variegated, the variegation is organized into very light longitudinal stripes, where the white-cream occupies a large part of the leaf accompanied by finer and well-defined green areas. The pink edge appears easily even with moderate light levels, running uniformly along the contour and reinforcing the overall contrast. This clean and bright pattern makes it a very attractive option for collectors looking for defined variegated aeoniums within variegated succulents. Imported plant from China reproduced in our greenhouse.

Aeonium variegados : cultivation and care
Variegated aeoniums have a different growth cycle than many other succulents, developing mainly during autumn, winter, and spring, while in summer they significantly reduce their activity.
- 🌞 A lot of filtered light and good ventilation
- 💧 Moderate watering only when the substrate is completely dry
- 🔥 Avoid intense sun and excess humidity during summer
- ❄️ Protect against prolonged frosts
During the summer dormancy, the rosettes tend to progressively close to protect the growth center from extreme heat. In this phase, excess moisture can easily cause root problems, especially with high temperatures and tropical nights.
Observing the plant and adapting to the actual growing climate is much more important than following strict watering schedules.
