Aeonium "Pink Medusa" variegated - Origin: Don Suculentas
The Aeonium “Pink Medusa” variegated is a mutation of A. “Medusa”, derived in turn from A. “Velour”, belonging to the group of variegated aeoniums developed from this well-known genetic line. It develops balanced rosettes with leaves that combine a soft green center accompanied by cream margins and beige tones, creating a luminous and warm appearance that evolves slightly according to the season and light exposure. It also maintains a very stable and ornamental structure throughout the year.
Unlike Aeonium “Medusa”, the Aeonium “Pink Medusa” variegated does not develop intense reddish tones in its maximum coloration phases, instead showing delicate pink hues that provide a softer and more refined aesthetic to the overall plant. It shows average growth, good sprouting capacity, and excellent adaptation to pot cultivation, making it an especially interesting option for collectors looking for elegant, stable, and easy-to-maintain variegated aeoniums in well-lit spaces. Imported plant from China and reproduced in our greenhouse.

Aeonium variegados : cultivation and care
The variegated aeoniums have a different growth cycle compared to many other succulents, developing mainly during autumn, winter, and spring, while in summer they significantly reduce their activity.
- 🌞 A lot of filtered light and good ventilation
- 💧 Moderate watering only when the substrate is completely dry
- 🔥 Avoid intense sun and excess humidity during summer
- ❄️ Protect against prolonged frosts
During the summer dormancy, the rosettes tend to progressively close to protect the growth center from extreme heat. In this phase, excess moisture can easily cause root problems, especially with high temperatures and tropical nights.
Observing the plant and adapting to the actual growing climate is much more important than following strict watering schedules.
